MalpensaFiere Congress Center for Your Events halfway between Milan and Switzerland

MalpensaFiere is not only home to trade shows but also a modern, high-tech Congress Center, offering spacious areas to host meetings, seminars, and conferences.

The Center features versatile rooms equipped with cutting-edge technologies. In addition, it includes a foyer and a large open space for welcoming participants and catering services.

The Congress Center can be accessed via a separate entrance for exclusive use or through bright galleries that connect it to the exhibition areas, making it an invaluable support for initiatives and seminars complementing the trade shows.

MalpensaFiere  Congress Center offers four rooms with capacities ranging from 40 to 400 seats and three pavilions for events with up to 1,200 participants

Caproni Room

The Caproni Room is the main room of the MalpensaFiere Congress Center. With a seating capacity of up to 400 people, it is the ideal space for hosting conferences, seminars, assemblies, and round tables.

Located on the first floor of the Congress Center, it is accessible via a large staircase and two elevators, leading into a multifunctional foyer (for participant reception, sponsor areas, and catering space).

The room is spacious and flooded with natural light, making it suitable for various setups (theater, single table, classroom style, cabaret style, etc.).

With a podium, a large table with microphones, and plasma screens, the room ensures maximum comfort for speakers.

A wall-mounted screen, two retractable screens, and two side monitors provide optimal visibility for the audience from all seating positions.

The room also features a control room equipped with modern technologies and managed by specialized staff to offer the best technical support throughout the event.

Speakers can easily access the stage from the adjoining Briefing Room, which serves as a convenient support area.

Borghi Room

The Borghi Room is located on the ground floor of the reception building of the Exhibition Center.

Info

It is a spacious and versatile room with a capacity of up to 150 participants. The long window facing the entrance plaza gives it ample natural light.

Equipped with a stage and a speaker’s desk with up to six positions, the room also features a podium, microphone system, and video projection setup.

The large foyer in front of the room allows for the setup of cocktail receptions and coffee breaks, as well as reception desks and sponsor areas.

Ferrario Room

The Ferrario Room, located on the first floor next to the larger Caproni Room, accommodates up to 100 seats.

La Sala è collocata al primo piano, adiacente alla più grande Sala Caproni.

Lo stucco veneziano color paglia, i tendaggi ocra e i pavimenti chiari conferiscono un’atmosfera accogliente. Le ampie vetrate contribuiscono a donarle molta luminosità.

Anche la Sala Ferrario è attrezzata con l’impianto audio e un sistema di videoproiezione.

La Sala è destinata ai più differenti utilizzi: riunioni, seminari, incontri d’affari ma anche rinfreschi e servizi catering in generale.

The Briefing Room is located on the first floor of the Congress Center.

Its location, set back from the large foyer and the other rooms on the same floor, makes it particularly suitable for hosting business meetings, board meetings, and private gatherings. Bright and welcoming, it is characterized by its flexibility of use.

Interconnecting to the Caproni Room through a small hallway, it is an ideal smaller Room that can be used as support space for speakers and/or a press room.
